Production technology

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant.
Odor: Very intense, persistent, complex, characterized by notes of fresh fruit, pineapple, green apple and ripe peach with floral scents and balsamic nuances.
Taste: Elegant, of medium structure, fresh, savory, pleasant fruity aroma, very intense and long.
