100% Ansonica


We carry out cold maceration for a short time prior to pressing, to extract the most aromas from the skins. The grapes are then pressed gently, and the must is cleaned at a low temperature, followed by racking and fermentation.
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18 °C to bring out all of the aromatic range of our Ansonica grapes. A short time on fine lees to give smoothness and complexity to the finished wine, which is bottled at the end of February the following year.

The colour is bright and has golden tints and green-hued facets.
Captivating aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, fine and elegant.
On the palate it is has a pleasantly fresh, fleshy and firm attack.
