80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc

The grape varieties are harvested separately, with meticulous attention to detail in order to pick the fruit when it is perfectly ripe, to capture its powerful sweetness and the complexity of the tannins with an intense maceration to extract the very best of the organoleptic properties of these two noble grape varieties, together with the full aromatic range of the grapes and the richness of ripe, complex and great fruit. It is matured in new French oak barrels, with different toastings according to the grape variety, its strength and the concentration of fruit and tannins.
A deep and intense garnet red, with almost black hues. The bouquet is full and elegant with hints of forest berries, spices and notes of cocoa, cinnamon and roasted coffee. On the palate it reveals its great structure with an attack composed of full, rich tannins that are at the same time silky and seductive in their soft maturity. A great meeting of special flavours with an elegant, full and long finish.
