Valle Delle Stelle 

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc

The grape varieties are harvested separately, when well ripened. A long and intense maceration is carried out to extract the best of the aromatic qualities of each variety in all their fullness. The wine is partly matured in stainless steel, so as to maintain the specific qualities of our terroir, and partly in French oak barrels, not new, to harmonise the robust, lively tannins of these noble grape varieties.
The colour is a bright, intense ruby with violet hues. The bouquet is overflowing with red fruits, and is fascinating and decisive, with sweet spicy notes. On the palate the attack is pleasant with full-bodied, firm tannins that give a simple freshness to this wine made from elegant, full-flavoured grape varieties that express such finesse and structure. On the palate it is long, with a delightful host of pleasant and dense tannins that are very smooth for such a young wine.
