Color: Deep ruby with intense violet hues.
Aroma: Complex, persistent, characterized by spicy notes of cocoa and coffee with mineral nuances and hints of cherry and blueberry.
Taste: Well structured, fruity, fresh and soft attack, articulated progression, long finish. Aroma in the mouth with spicy notes of licorice and cocoa.
Serving suggestions: It goes well with pasta dishes with meat dishes, roasts.
