Aging in wood: Allier oak Bariques for 24 months, after the blend, in steel tanks until bottling.
Bottle aging: 12 months

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red.
Aroma: Delicate bouquet of violets, cherries, roses, black cherry and
blackberries, fresh and musky.
Taste: Soft, harmonious and velvety, with a persistent finish
accompanied by notes of tobacco, coffee, nuts. Body of intense structure with a thick and silky tannic texture.
Pairings: It goes well with red meats.
