Production technology
Manual harvest in late September when the aromatic and technological maturity is reached. Destemming of the grapes, soft pressing and short maceration of the same at low temperature, static cold stability. Refinement in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant.
Odor: Very intense, persistent, complex, characterized by notes of fresh fruit, pineapple, green apple and ripe peach with floral scents and balsamic nuances.
Taste: Elegant, of medium structure, fresh, savory, pleasant fruity aroma, very intense and long.
